WebDG4ODBC is designed as a generic gateway so does not have as much functionality as a dedicated gateway so 'where' claues can be dropped if they contain something that is not supported. However, I would expect a simple 'where' such as you have posted - select * from "dps_user"@pgwhere "id" = '2423'@dg4odbc; to be passed to Postgres.
