If you can't afford an A-rated fuel scoop you can get by with B-rated for now but upgrade it when you can.
WebI’ve had half a mind lately to put together a Diamondback Explorer. You can put together a build that includes weapons and still jumps 55ly, and costs like 19 million. The internal slots are limited but you can still fit the essentials. If you’re the type like I am that RPs yourself in the Federal Navy, the DbX is a solid choice.
