WebNov 19, 2024 · The problem with the DELL TPM Firmware Update utilities is that they don't create any log files. It's very difficult to troubleshoot the generic message stating it's blocked by a FW policy. Since I can't even update to a newer TPM 1.2 revision, this issue doesn't have anything to do with Windows 11 support. WebOct 6, 2024 · If yes, it's a known issue for Dell Optiplex 7060.
